The law firm MSITSHANA INCORPORATED, a practicing attorneys, was established on 3 January 2011 and under the Directorship of Sibusiso Bongani Msitshana. Even though we have not been established for a decade we have made statements in this legal profession and contributed to making this Legal fraternity a better environment. The Director and founder of the Firm practiced as a Professional Assistant at Nonxuba Inc and Nompozolo & Gabelana for two years before deciding to embark on this journey. The law firm is currently running for 5 years and has been warmly welcomed by clients and is employing over 10 people ranging from typists, legal secretaries, candidate attorneys, and paralegals. The firm is currently in the process of having satellite offices in Queenstown.
The office currently receives instructions from Legal Aid South Africa and the office of the State Attorney, individual clients, to mention a few, as does a lot of personal injury work such as medical negligence and motor vehicle accident claims (RAF).
Our main purpose is to provide high-quality legal service in a market that is dominated by well-established Big Firms.
We are determined to take advantage of the social impact aspect of the business especially in addressing the economic imbalances of the past.
